Privacy Policy

How this website handles personal data. Plain language, no tracking by default.

1. Who is responsible

The controller for this website is H&A Foundry. Contact: info@hafoundry.com.

2. Visiting this website

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data your browser sends (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely.

Owner review required: Name the hosting provider (cPanel host), where servers are located, and how long log files are kept.

3. No tracking by default

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics by default. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to font providers when you load a page.

The site stores two small technical flags in your browser’s session storage (to skip the intro animation and to run page transitions). They contain no personal data and are deleted when you close the tab.

If analytics are enabled in the future, they will only load after you actively agree in the privacy banner, and this policy will be updated.

4. Contact form

If you send us a project enquiry, the details you enter (name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, service, budget, timeline and message) are transmitted to our form service provider, Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project.

Owner review required: Confirm the legal basis you rely on, your retention period for enquiries, and review Web3Forms’ data processing terms.

5. Email and WhatsApp

If you email us or contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data you send to reply. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta; its own privacy policy applies when you use it. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you click the link.

6. Links to other websites

Our work pages link to live client websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email info@hafoundry.com.
